Lately many of the adwords account belonging to remote technical support industry have been going under review or being suspended altogether. The reason is latest policy changes by Google. Google has decided to make its policy more stringent in an endeavor to make user experience more transparent and informative.
Now everything should be mentioned clearly on the landing page, giving the visitor as much as information as possible. Google has made mandatory to mention following things on the landing page:
1) Disclaimer : Landing page should mention clearly above the fold ( portion of page which is visible to visitor on loading landing page without scrolling down).
Disclaimer should be clear and provide as much information as possible.
2) Plans and Pricing : Earlier Google had policy that user should be able to purchase the item/service in not more than two clicks from landing page. Now you are required to mention your plans and pricing on the landing page itself. Pricing should be clear and provide the information about what the user will get in purchase of the services.
3) Copied Content : Minimize copied content. Copied content not even lead to account suspension but impact you account Quality Score adversely.
Google knows about the content of landing page by using bots or crawlers. Anything which google is not able to find or read on your landing page is deemed missing from it. So always make your landing page content SEO optimized.
